Tuition rates are similar to other high-quality programs in the community. PHCC students receive a discount.

Registration fees
Students - $25 per term or $50 annually
Faculty, staff and community - $75.00 annually
- PHCC students receive priority enrollment. Students can use full-time care, part-time care, and hourly care for daily classes or work. Students must take a minimum of six semester hours of credit per semester.
- Full time is up to five days a week, Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. - 6 p.m.
- Prior enrollment and reservations are required for drop-in care (no walk-ins). Drop-in hourly tuition is for a minimum of two hours per stay.
- Evening care (after 6 p.m.) is not a part of full-time or part-time care. Students, faculty and staff will pay the hourly rate for evening care. Evening care will be provided to children aged two and older.
- School-age care (kindergarten through fifth grade) will be provided at an hourly rate or daily rate (see Threes - School-age rate).
- Registration fees must be paid for each child enrolled. Fees may be paid by term, or annually for community.
- Families with multiple children enrolled receive a ten percent discount off the oldest child’s tuition for full-time care.
