| Criteria | Available to Florida residents who have had a diagnosis of cancer before age 21, under 21 at the time of application, and attend an accredited Florida university, community college, or vocational technical school. |

| PHCC Foundation Scholarships | |
| Criteria | Students must be enrolled in a minimum of six credit hours to be considered for a PHCC Foundation scholarship. Top Ten (10 percent) and VAL/SAL recipients must be enrolled in a minimum of 12 credit hours. Only one PHCC Foundation scholarship will be awarded per student per academic year, unless special circumstances arise. |
