Online services

• Get started, step-by-step
• Apply online with WISE (Web Information System for Education)
• Financial aid and scholarship information
• Register for classes with WISE. If you are new to PHCC, you may register online after you meet with an advisor.
• Pay fees with WISE
• Check grades with WISE
• Drop classes with WISE
• View schedule. If you wish to view Internet classes only, select Search by campus, then select “Online courses”
• View academic calendar
• Order textbooks with our online college store
• Receive electronic refunds with your HigherOne account

Information for online classes

• Technology requirements for distance learners
• Check your course(s) in the online schedule listing to see if the instructor has posted comments. Comments will be located underneath the course information, for example:
  
• On the first day of class go to my.PHCC.edu and follow the login instructions
• All classes use our learning management system: myPHCC.

Graduation

• As you approach graduation, complete a degree audit with WISE
• Check transcripts with WISE
• Check transfer requirements at FACTS.org (Florida Academic Counseling and Tracking for Students)
• Be sure to apply for graduation. Obtain a form from admissions and student records, then bring the completed form to the college store with your payment.
